About Iqtidar Hassan
I'm Iqtidar Hassan, a professional video editor and digital content creator with 7 years of experience in crafting compelling digital stories. My passion lies in telling unique stories to the world using motion graphics and animation, a skill that has earned me numerous national and international awards in video and film contests. My journey has also led me to roles as an RJ, news reporter, and work in a newspaper agency. I'm a proud member of the World Federation of Science Journalists and spent 6 months in Austria studying documentary and filmmaking during an exchange semester. I graduated in Media and Communication Studies from Karakoram International University Gilgit in 2023.

Northistan is our new initiative focused on bringing attention to crucial issues in Gilgit-Baltistan and around the world through storytelling. We produce videos that break down complex topics into simple, understandable content, using advanced editing, motion graphics, and engaging narratives. Our work addresses significant societal challenges, presenting them in a way that is both accessible and captivating to raise awareness and encourage meaningful action.
